Alpha Concrete is an independent supplier of ready mixed concrete for all trade and commercial applications.

Our mobile batching plants are modern, accurate units producing high quality concrete.

Our operation is based on superior service throughout. We are proud of our record on reliability.

The biggest advantage of this system is that batched and metered concrete can be supplied to exactly the right amount required. This saves money in waste/disposal, expensive make-up loads and time. Our customers use this system to their advantage every day.

The quantity and speed of delivery is completely controllable, as is the slump of the concrete. The trucks can deliver 6m³ in as many minutes if required, discharging the same as a conventional drum-mix truck. We can do different mixes and slumps on the same delivery. The trucks have an extendable shoot (see gallery) which can be a great help.

Although we do not offer a traditional barrow service, the trucks carry two good barrows and there is an extra man to assist barrowing where required. We mix cleanly into barrows; our staff don’t overfill barrows etc and the job is done as cleanly as possible. A reasonable delivery time is included in the price. 

We strive to compete on price for all amounts required. Please call for a quote on any quantity - from 1m³ to 100m³ . We can do set quotes for specific projects, building in discounts and tailor price structures to suit on-going contract work.

We accept all forms of payment on delivery. Please call for details of trade account terms.

24 Hours/7 Days is possible by prior arrangement. Concrete batched on site can be delivered anywhere, anytime. A truck can remain at a site until required, produce concrete then wait again until needed. We can also travel well beyond our usual operating area. Pumping is becoming more popular as a method of placement. Alpha Concrete produce consistent, quality pump mixes.
